Kingsbridge Healthcare Group are looking to fill the role of a Surgical Enquires & Booking Advisor. The successful candidate will be based at Kingsbridge Private Hospital, Belfast but may be required to travel to other company locations as required.

As a Surgical enquires & booking advisor, the successful candidate will join a highly dynamic team responsible for scheduling surgical procedure appointments. The candidate will gain an in-depth knowledge of the Surgical booking process across a range of medical specialties.

Qualifications
Essential
5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English or Equivalent.

Previous experience of CRM/databases

Evidence of experience in the full MS Suite including Word and Excel

Background in medical administration
Special Knowledge and Skills

Understanding of the Data Protection Act and importance of confidentiality
The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people via the company telephone and other electronic systems
