Tailored Health Assessments
It is proven that the early identification and management of risk factors reduce the likelihood of developing serious life threatening diseases. The main purpose of health or medical checkups is to break down known risk factors of potential illness, create or improve self awareness of health and fitness and provide referral to the appropriate treatment when necessary.
At 3fivetwo our health assessments are tailored to suit your individual needs, you can identify any worries you may have about your health and we can incorporate that into your assessment - helping to give you peace of mind and manage whatever might lie ahead.
All Our Health Assessments include:
* Consultation with an appropriately trained Health Professional
* Discussion on findings and all results
* Counselling on appropriate preventive health and lifestyle actions
* Case management of any health issues identified during the session
* Option of in-house investigation and management of any identified problems
* Confidential and personalized report within 2 weeks of the health screen
* Telephone service for any queries in the report which are not clear
Our clients can expect a range of health screening packages. Each service can be individually tailored with additional region specific packages and imaging services intended for the individual with more specific health concerns either related to current symptoms, family history or a desire to take a proactive approach to their healthcare.
These packages can be purchased in isolation or in combination with any of our general health screening packages.
