With this in mind, we have developed a range of health screening packages for those who wish to take a more proactive approach to their family's health. It is proven that the early identification and management of risk factors reduce the likelihood of developing serious life threatening diseases. The main purpose of health or medical checkups is to break down known risk factors of potential illness, create or improve self awareness of health and fitness and provide referral to the adequate treatment when necessary.

At 3fivetwo our health assessments are tailored to suit your individual needs. Our available packages run from bronze through silver and gold to platinum. You may have specific concerns  about your health and we can easily incorporate that into your assessment - helping to give you peace of mind and manage whatever might lie ahead.

All Our Health Assessments include:

    * Consultation with an appropriately trained Health Professional
    * Discussion on findings and all results
    * Counselling on appropriate preventive health and lifestyle actions
    * Case management of any health issues identified during the session
    * Option of in-house investigation and management of any identified problems
    * Confidential and personalized report within 2 weeks of the health screen
    * Telephone service for any queries in the report which are not clear
