We have CAPACITY, consultant EXPERTISE from all Health Boards and INFRASTRUCTURE to provide high quality services adhering to all the principles on which the NHS was founded. We are proud of our track record in this new area and are continually monitoring our performance by internal audit and patient satisfaction questionnaires. We are also ideally suited because the majority of the services are either provided or led by LOCAL consultants who are familiar with the high expectations of the local population and of the STANDARDS required by the Boards. Where contracts require services or space not currently available within 3fiveTwo, we have the expertise to forge linkages with other public and private providers with spare capacity, to ensure targets are met.
