We have invested heavily in new state of the art equipment. With the opening of our new Medical Imaging & Screening Centre at 3fivetwo will offer a health assessment service that is on a completely new level. A health assessment gives you the opportunity to get a detailed picture of your overall health and well being enabling us to detect any illness at an early stage allowing for easier management of the condition and a more successful treatment.
At 3fivetwo our health assessments are tailored to suit your individual needs, you can identify any worries you may have about your health and we can incorporate that into your assessment - helping to give you peace of mind and manage whatever might lie ahead.
All Our Health Assessments include:
- Consultation with an appropriate trained Health Professional
- Discussion on findings and all results
- Counselling on appropriate preventive health and lifestyle actions
- Case management of any health issues identified during the session
- Option of in-house investigation and management of any identified problems
- Confidential and personalized report within 2 weeks of the health screen
- Telephone service for any queries in the report which are not clear
